- Provide and co-develop annual plans of action for our manufacturers.
- Build a strong "grassroots" relationship among the salespeople by holding regular product and sales training meetings, insuring their proficiency.
- Create training material addressing manufacturers' history, product development and comparative analysis, enabling success among the dealers' sales force.
- Train our dealers' new salespeople promptly regarding the manufacturers we represent.
- Develop strategic merchandising objectives with dealers to secure ideal presentation of our manufacturers' products.
- Confirm that all purchasing agents are updated immediately with any new information and price lists.
- Expedite resolution of problems in deliveries, special orders and repairs.
- Coordinate the procurement of parts and the exchange of information as necessary between the service departments of both our manufacturers and dealers.
- Work with dealers and manufacturers to promote and distribute products while maintaining a healthy, profitable marketplace for all.
- Earn our commission by obtaining orders for our manufacturers and providing our dealers with the "above and beyond" service that sets us apart from our peers.
